General Terms
✩I, the artist, retain full exclusive rights to the original artwork and/or Design. The client may not claim it as their own.✩Please clearly state the commission you have in mind.✩Any ill behavior will not be tolerated
and your commission will be terminated upon further behavior.If paid, termination will follow the same refund rules.
Payment
✩Although we can discuss when to send payments and payment plans,
All commissions UNDER 100$ must at least be paid 50% of the agreed price upfront for me to begin the commission.
All commissions 100$ and OVER must at least be paid 40% of the agreed price upfront for me to begin the commission. In other words I will need the deposit to begin and then the other remaining funds to finish the piece.
You are always welcome to pay in full.When offering a payment plan the 50-40% upfront still applies.UNDER 100$: up to a 2 week plan
100$ and OVER: up to a 3 week plan
200$ and OVER: up to a 4 week plan✩When offering money, the accepted currency is USD through PayPal, Cashapp or Zelle.✩Time taken on your commission can range from a day to over a month depending on the stated factors:health, order of commission, school, work, complexity of commission or family/personal issues.you will be alerted asap when any of the stated happens. I will keep you up to date with the progress of your commission as well.
REFUNDS
✩I do not offer refunds UNLESS issued at my discretion, based on the reasonableness of the cancellation request, or IF I do not finish the commission within the agreed timeframe. You will receive 40% of your payment back IF paid in full regardless of the drawing stage.I will use my discretion for refunds that are during a payment plan.The upfront deposits are non-refundable, unless: ↷✩If I am unable to start or finish the commission in any state due to my own inability I will refund 100% of the payment.
Customer Satisfaction
✩I will do everything in my power to satisfy my customers. Despite this, I will only allow small changes after the commission is finished for free. Any great changes will be charged accordingly. Great changes may range from a 20-50$ add on.Small changes include markings, coloring or general mistakes made by me.
Designs
✩The commissioner has the right to sell my designs for the same price they commissioned it for.
Any additional commissions, may it be physical or digital, can contribute to the value of the design.✩If the character was raffled, you may not sell the character with currency of any form.✩To own a design of mines, you must have a Toyhou.se account to credit me. This is to help avoid any theft.✩Redesigns are alright, as long as I am credited for the original design on Toyhou.se with the original image present.
use
✩Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes of any kind. This means that you are not allowed to use my artwork in the selling of shirts, stickers, pins etc. and are only permitted to using my artwork for personal use.
✩Personally made items for yourself with my artwork on it will not count towards character value if given to a new owner.However, you are allowed to make merchandise of my designs with your own artwork or commissioned work that follows that artists TOS.You may use the character(s) design in forms of personal use and entertainment such as, but not limited to:
literature, animations, comics, stickers, shirts etc.
